Updated the photo album – really nice  story on my client We The People, in Thursday’s Daily  News… I love this client – Well, I love all my clients, but this one seems to need the least amount of explaining to the media. I think one of the key jobs of a publicist is education – not promotion. You educate the reporter as to why what your client is doing is important. The promotion comes later.

Standing in line at Chase when the teller and a customer start getting into it- The shit went DOWN at Chase on 57th and 6th! With the proliferation of cameraphones, we’re going to see more and more and more of this. This was the highlight of my day. Chase: Where the right relationship is… I’LL KICK YOUR FREAKIIN’ ASS!! My bet is  that as camera phones become more and more commonplace, employers are going to implement training to teach customer service reps that a camera could be ANYWHERE.

What happens when your product is endorsed, on national television, by a person getting out of jail after 12 years for murder… Well, that could be a problem. But Tim Hortons handled it quite well. Read about it here.
