Just for the hell of it, I called Verizon this morning, and said, "Hey, I’m curious – why is my home telephone bill so high? I only have one line, doesn’t it seem a bit high?" Without missing a beat, the rep on the other end said "Yes, it is. We can lower it by $25.00 a month, and you won’t lose any features." I just saved $250 a year (12 skydives, or 12 DVD’s, or 6 tanks of gas) by just calling and asking! Wow!

Faye Dunaway should know better. NEVER leave ANYTHING on a voice mail (or an email) that can come back to bite you in the ass. And tomorrow, it might be a good idea for all of you to forward this to EVERY ONE of your clients, and let them know they shouldn’t do that, either. If Faye Dunaway can do it, any client can do it.
