MRI on Friday. If the marathon goes out of reach for another year, I’m subletting my apartment, leaving a dead cow for the cats, and getting out of the country for the next six months.

As you know, sometimes I rant about customer service. Sometimes, companies pay the price of my ranting. Sometimes, though, a moment happens where the customer service is truly, utterly amazing, that I’ve no choice but to write about how WONDERFUL it was, and how truly amazed I am. So all of a sudden, I can’t upload photos. I’ve no idea why. I try and upload, and it craps out and goes to an error page. Changes: Recently switched to Firefox, and AVG needed an upgrade. That’s it. I’m using Vista. I know, I know. Anyone help?
