And that’s different from a journalist, how, exactly? Do we agree? Disagree? If I break some news that Apple (or anyone, really) prefers to keep quiet, how is that different than if the Daily News or Times or BBC broke it? Standing in line at Chase when the teller and a customer start getting into it- The shit went DOWN at Chase on 57th and 6th! With the proliferation of cameraphones, we’re going to see more and more and more of this. This was the highlight of my day. Chase: Where the right relationship is… I’LL KICK YOUR FREAKIIN’ ASS!! My bet is  that as camera phones become more and more commonplace, employers are going to implement training to teach customer service reps that a camera could be ANYWHERE.
