My bet is  that as camera phones become more and more commonplace, employers are going to implement training to teach customer service reps that a camera could be ANYWHERE.

I love Google’s SMS feature. Simply text your question (for instance, Tapio 29 Restaurant New York City) to GOOGL (or 46645) and it comes back with a text message, two seconds later, with the address. So simple, so brilliant. Anyhow, Yahoo! has just launched theirs, (Text 92466 – YAHOO) as well. Let’s play with them both, and see which one is better.
