Happy holidays, faithful PR. Differently readers. May this holiday season find you secure with loved ones, family, friends, or whatever you consider beauty and joy to be. For me, that’s heading to spend the week falling from perfectly good airplanes, spending time making new friends, catching up, winding down, and reflecting. May your days be filled with happiness, light, and joy, as well.

I figure since it’s been announced to AT’s 19,000 members, we can announce it here. AirTroductions received a really beautiful infusion of Venture Capital last week. The site is gonna grow beyond my wildest dreams. I’m really, really excited. Happy holidays, indeed. Center Networks broke the news first. It pays to keep your Blackberry on, even when you’ve left early for the holidays. If you cover, watch, are in, or are involved in some way with the social networking world, Center is a good site for your blogrolls. Off to last-minute holiday shop. Anyone need anything? :) Happy holidays!

By hour eleven, I’d gotten bored. Fortunately, I found other things to do. I wound up watching all the episodes of "Justice" that my TiVo had auto-recorded for me. Got through the "J’s" on my Holiday cards. Wrote a press release or five. Found three people who would talk to a major paper for a huge article on [...]

I really could. It’s enough like New York that I could live here. I’d miss everybody… But what’s 16 hours on a plane? Something to think about. Day one of the conference ended without any hitches. Met some interesting people, including a bunch of folks from MTV Asia. After spending a half an hour playing the "do you know who I know" game at the cocktail party, I went back to my hotel room for a quick 45-minute nap. Meeting a handful of people downstairs afterwards, we wandered into the "shops" area. I proceeded to buy a number of things, that I’m going to say were real, just surprisingly cheap. Enough said about that. The shops area: I could live [...]
