One of the best ways of curing a moderately crappy day (or a moderately crappy few minutes) is to visit "Overheard in New York." If you haven’t tried it, I can’t recommend it enough. Found myself with time to kill last night, so booked 15 minutes in the SkyVenture Wind Tunnel to work on backflying. It hurt. I am so, so, so sore this morning. Here’s 2 minutes of my 15 minutes in hell. I’m getting better, but it was so painful. I can’t turn my neck this morning, every muscle is shot.

Good morning from the Sunport, Albuquerque’s cool futuristic name for their airport. This morning’s Boston Globe – "Today’s Business Cards Offer a New Edge" – Talks about my business chips. Validation is cool. This Sunday morning finds me headed home from Albuquerque to pet my cats, do a load of laundry, and get a few hours sleep. Tomorrow finds me back on a plane to speak at the 2007 Mobile Web Americas conference in Orlando, and I’ll be in Orlando all week, working, meeting with clients, and the like.
