Found myself with time to kill last night, so booked 15 minutes in the SkyVenture Wind Tunnel to work on backflying. It hurt. I am so, so, so sore this morning. Here’s 2 minutes of my 15 minutes in hell. I’m getting better, but it was so painful. I can’t turn my neck this morning, every muscle is shot.

Validation is cool. This Sunday morning finds me headed home from Albuquerque to pet my cats, do a load of laundry, and get a few hours sleep.
