Doesn't happen every day, but it's not rare. The only reason CNN is focusing on the Kims' trouble is because it was such big news. That is very poor *news* judgment! IF CNN wanted to do something of real value, it should've done a story about being prepared for winter weather emergencies in general -- maybe referencing the Kims' plight but nothing specific to what they experienced.
