Crisis Management: Couch Jumping causes relationships to end
According to the WSJ, Paramount Pictures is terminating its relationship with Tom Cruise’s production company, citing the actor’s controversial behavior, Viacom Chairman Sumner Redstone said.

Some people may think this is a knee-jerk reaction to his antics of more than a year ago. But hey, this is Hollywood, and you’re only as good as your last picture. Which in Tom’s case was MI3, and will be lucky to see a dime of profit. Despite a respectable BO haul, it ended up 80 plus million less than MI2. Numbers don’t lie. |
