According to the WSJ,  Paramount Pictures is terminating its relationship with Tom Cruise’s production company, citing the actor’s controversial behavior, Viacom Chairman Sumner Redstone said.

Hope Scientology has a production department…

Some people may think this is a knee-jerk reaction to his antics of more than a year ago. But hey, this is Hollywood, and you’re only as good as your last picture. Which in Tom’s case was MI3, and will be lucky to see a dime of profit. Despite a respectable BO haul, it ended up 80 plus million less than MI2. Numbers don’t lie.
