a friend is doing a bootcamp thingy here in vancouver.. she has a love/hate relationship with it… them.

in 6 weeks, she lost 9lbs. and 7 inches from her legs. she just signed up for a second round. Like you she hit a rut… good luck with it, not sure why you feel the need to be under 200 lbs.. I think you look fine.

You remind me of my daughter’s reaction to Army basic training, who observed it was “kind of like summer camp.” I pointed out that at summer camp – at least as I remember it – there was nobody shooting live ammunition over your head while you crawled through the mud. To which she replied, “Eh!” But I guess the same is true of the SEAL workouts, unless they’ve added live weapons to the overall buttkicking. :-)
