I googled the commerial and watched it on youtube… I use to work for the family planning centre where |I live and was surprised by the article that ONLY 24% of sexually active people between the ages of 18-54 are practicing safe sex… boooooo
NOt sure where things went wrong or people thought they were invincable to to their sexual health….
I think ANY commericals, ad and/or sex ed in school are great ideas… now we’re past the days of having self love will send you to hell and all…
We, as educators, parents, siblings, friends,marketing , commerials etc.. seriously need to be educated, and honest with the responsiblities that go along with having sex. Not just avoiding pregancies.
It it worth it? 15 mins of unprotected sex (if you loved me you do it) worth a life time of a slow death or incurable itch?
I have 7 nieces and nephews and after working at the FMC I saw picutres of extreme and non extreme cases of what all std’s look like…. THOSE should made public.
THOSE Pics along with updated informed infor should be available and shown to all ages.. sex ed should start in elementry school… it use to be.. not sure who though 12 yrs are not sexually active. it happens.
these pictures are available online if you google std’ imagines.. pages among pages of photos that should scare and educate people to have safer sex.. aids is a four letter word that doesnt seem to put the fear of god into people….
sorry another rant, I could go on and on, this is something I feel strong about and being a prude about my health, you should hear the questions I have for new partners…lol

There was something wrong with O’Reilly tonight - he was particularly cranky but not on the ball. Sorry you had to follow that strange interview where he kicked a guest off the show.
Re: Evolve - He seemed to have more of a problem with the pig than the concept. I just couldn’t take his position seriously with images of loofah and falafel in my head.
On the other hand, you were great.
I’d like to comment on your view tonight from O’reilly. You state that the networks that chose not to run the commercial, but may show racy shows of another nature are being hypocritical. I’d like to tell you why I disagree. V-chip, and other child safe guards screen out shows because TV shows are rated. Commercials ARE NOT. I help my children choose and watch child friendly shows; however, I have no control over the commercial that may air during that totally child friendly Y-7 show!! Many times we are watching appropriate television with our children when a new commercial comes on, and you don’t know until it’s TOO late that a commercial is not appropriate. Just wanted you to take a look at a couple of reasons why it is a bigger deal than just airing a show. Thanks!!
