Here are some hamburger grilling tips from Adam Kuban at A Hamburger Today.

I’ll be falling out of planes on Saturday, and doing a long run on Sunday. Monday will probably find me at mom and dad’s house, since they’ve got the killer BBQ. I’ll probably drag her with me so someone else can take the leftovers back to their place for a change, and I’m not tempted to gorge on cold hamburgers and macaroni salad at 3:30 in the morning.
