Go marketing executives. Don’t forget the lights so it’s more visible at night.

“Make the logo BIGGER” brilliant.

Brilliant! You know, I’ve been thinking some modifications ARE in order, as my personal observation does show the effectiveness of the current campaign is left wanting. A new design just might be all it takes to improve participation levels from the target market and increase the conversion rate!

Hah! It’s always the simple things that turn into nightmares.

I worked as an editor for a publishing company, and this is the same process that was used to design every book cover. Aaaaagh! Needless to say, I now freelance.

This brings back so many memories of my years at major ad agencies. And I don’t feel they are exaggerated at all. This is where the name Mad Men, really came from!

This is hysterical!

Oh man, this video is simply brilliant!

That was classic, truly.

The only thing I was waiting for was….”and does this still fall within the original budget?”
GREAT clip!!

Dead on accurate.

This was absolutely priceless! I went through the multiple “tweakings” with a huge print brochure at a corporate marketing job many moons ago. Got it all finalized, only to have the VP say, “we need just a little more color on the front.” It ended up looking like a grandmother’s wallpaper and I ended up like the graphic designer in the video. Now I write instead, working out of the house, and my cat approves of everything I do. He even approved this message.

Brill. I think a few more logo’s could have fit in. This reminds me, “Why don’t we currently have advertising on stop signs”? I say, let’s do it.
Loved the video. Good stuff. Found your blog, via HARO. Found HARO via a link on free treats blog. Found the free treats blog, via my RSS feed reader. Gosh, we are all so very connected. Small world!

Love it!

Good, but I would title the video, “WHAT IF THE STOP SIGN WERE INVENTED BY ENTERTAINMENT STUDIO EXECUTIVES?”

I’ve actually saw this video a couple of days ago and found it hysterical… but also found it interesting that it was totally filmed in my office building in Chicago. The super-small, high-tech-at-one-time television screens inside the wall, along with the faux kitchen are unmistakeably ours. Do you happen to know where this came from? Thanks.

This is great! I thoroughly enjoyed this video.

Stop signs by Marketers…
I don’t work in marketing, so I can only imagine how accurate this video is. But I prefer to imagine that this is how it all happens. For instance, though not as cluttered, I’m guessing it was some kind of…

As a designer, I have been at the receiving end of such brilliant thinking. it’s impossible to create good design. Thank god, I freelance. And thank god marketing execs aren’t running the government.
