I’m going on record…
To say that if this thing, which was just installed yesterday, tips over and takes out my balcony, I’m going to be SERIOUSLY pissed off.
Photo taken from said balcony. (And no, I’m not going to lose my view - it’s a wrap-around balcony - that’s the extreme right side. Center-balcony view is the Hudson River.)

You’ve got a fun position to take progressive shots from, weekly or whatever.
Mom did that from her towering office window when she worked for Mort Zuckerman a million years ago and they were putting up a famous bldg next door — that was on film of course… I’ll have to look for them — thanks for the inspiration. (And the hit of heartache in missing the greatest city…)
Pete, in your next post you should complain how your private jet only has 20 types of beverages instead of 25!
