I&#039;ll be 55 in a couple weeks and decided to ride my first Century to celebrate. Fortunately, I&#039;ve a bunch of folks who help me with training tips -- but they still kick my butt!

A couple of hours ago I got back from my Saturday ride, down the coast and back. After 67 miles all I could do was shower, eat, and take a nap. But you know what? I don&#039;t mind. I&#039;m awake now, and feeling like life has never been this good.

Keep riding! There is always someone younger, stronger, faster. But no one is having more fun.</description>

		<description>It&#039;s funny, even in my mid 20s, I find this.  I work out, eat right, and think I am in shape.  But the second I leave the confines of the gym and do some, ya know, real excercise, like football with friends, I&#039;m cramping everywhere and gasping for air..</description>
