		<description>Maybe it was an engineering mistake, and maybe it wasn&#039;t.  Sometimes if an engineer or cameraman has a bad relationship with a news reader, they will let something like this happen.  Every tv news station has it&#039;s share of stories of how images, sound or timing were manipulated to make some uppity twinkie look stupid. The stories can be hilarious. Moral of the story: treat the people who control your image and sound on tv with respect.</description>
