I went home and told my kids' "I'm getting my own page and I don't want to hurt your feelings but I won't be friending you." "Ah, that hurts Mom," my 15-year-old daughter devilishly replied. It took a few minutes longer for my 13-year-old son to get it and then said while patting my shoulder, "that's ok Mom." So off I go to work on my new facebook page and Rule #1, "Be Different." In that context it refers to the externally observable behavior of a business process. But perhaps that's a little nichey and you refer to something else entirely.
