What magazines are we reading?
What are we reading? I just ordered a bunch of new subscriptions through Continental’s One Pass Magazine store - 20 miles per dollar spent.
So what are we reading? Comment on what you read, not only for work, but for fun - I’m thinking of expanding my circle a bit. Perhaps learning how to pimp out my fly ride. Or something.
Go ahead. List what you get in the mail, what you subscribe to, what written word you partake.

I do PR work with some Tech companies so i read a lot of the Tech Pubs….eWeek, Information Week. I do actually read them before i put them in the trash unlike your friend Mr. Rubel.
On the personal side Golf Digest and Runners World are good weekend reads.
New York Magazine
Sometimes, for a positive view of the world, I’ll read Ode.
I really should be reading more (Economist, Harpers, New Yorker), but it’s just informational overload.
Forbes, Fortune, Institutional Investor, PR Week, Rolling Stone, Blender, Men’s Health, Men’s Fitness, Men’s Journal, GQ, Details, Cigar Aficionado, Wine Spectator, Baron’s, Tennis, Mix, Guitar Player, Keyboard, Billboard, Pollstar, EQ…I think that’s most of them.
The Economist.
For some reason I also get the Victoria’s Secret Catalogue. I’m not complaining.
Golf Digest, Surfers Journal, Surf Mag,Instyle, Helium report, 101 hikes in BC, Mens Health (only cos my trainer is in there ALOT) Cosmo from time to time, and any mags I can find on new, up and coming music of any sort, usually indy music.
myspace and livejournal for blogs.
The New Yorker, Harper’s Bazaar, Vogue, the Atlantic, Bark, Vanity Fair, Money, Cooking Light, Philadelphia magazine, Harper’s, Jane, the free magazine Wegman’s food market sends (it is surprisingly good, and is genius in terms of marketing the store)… for work, the American Lawyer, the legal marketing association magazine (I don’t remember what it is called… I guess they need to work on their marketing, huh?), and on and on and on… I am an information junkie and adicted to magazines!
Forbes
Business Week
Smithsonian
Forbes Life
New Yorker (occasionally peruse wife’s copy)
Reader’s Digest (jokes and humor stuff)
Well, I get about 60 subscriptions at work, but the two magazines I actually pay for myself are The Week - just a great overview of all news for the week, and CMJ - comes with a great comp CD every month and always features great up and coming indie artists.
