Why is Profnet like plumbing?

Profnet is "upgrading" to a new system. This means "fixing thousands of bugs that came out after they announced the upgrade."
Since Monday, one Profnet, with one query.
To their credit, their customer support did say that yes, there is a problem, and yes, they’re working on them.
God – What two days of no Profnet is going to do to Rob Frankel’s sense of self-worth can’t even be measured. Please, Profnet – Fix the query system. Won’t you please think of the Frankels?
